4K Land and Cattle Company, Customer Spotlight

4K Land and Cattle Company located in Midlothian, TX, is owned and operated by Keith Shaw and family. Keith has been working more than 35 years in the cattle industry. He raises Jersey-Holstein cross stocker cattle and runs his own cow-calf operation. The cow-calf operation consists of Brangus Cross cows and Black Hereford bulls. Along with raising cattle he also enjoys judging commercial heifer shows and volunteering as a Market Broiler superintendent at the Ellis County Youth Expo.

A customer of Ark Country Store since 2009, 4K Cattle are fed Purina Precon Complete and also Accuration Range Liquid. To ensure that his cattle have the right amount of mineral
consumption to grow, stay healthy and reproduce, he provides them with Wind and Rain mineral tubs with fly control.
